Work With Us

Since 2005, the California Healthy Nail Salon Collaborative has been dedicated to educating and organizing nail salon workers, advocating for policy changes and better working conditions, and fostering civic engagement within the community.

Our team is based in California and works collaboratively across the areas of Outreach & Leadership Development, Policy Advocacy, Research, and Civic and Voter Engagement.

Join us in our mission to transform the health, safety, and working conditions of the nail salon industry to build a healthy, sustainable, and equitable community.
